ASHLEY ROBIDOUX
FOUNDER & LEAD DESIGNER
Ashley is an Accredited Staging Professional, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of New Hampshire. Her journey into the world of design began with a deep-rooted love for home décor and entrepreneurship, which led her to discover the perfect blend of both: Home Staging.​

Before launching Birch Home, Ashley spent three years working closely with Debra McLaughlin, the owner of Deb’s Decor LLC—a respected staging and design business with over a decade of experience. When Debra decided to “pass the torch,” Ashley stepped forward to continue the legacy, bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence.

DEBRA MCLAUGHLIN
LEAD DESIGNER
With over a decade of experience in home staging and interior design, Debra McLaughlin brings deep expertise, creativity, and professionalism to the Birch Home team. As the former owner of Deb’s Decor, she built a well-respected business trusted by realtors across New Hampshire.

Coming from a family of realtors, Deb developed a strong understanding of the real estate world early on. Before launching her design career, she worked as a teacher—an experience that shaped her thoughtful, organized approach to client work.
Over 10 years, Deb’s Decor grew into a thriving business, complete with a warehouse full of carefully selected furnishings. Her ability to transform homes into stunning, market-ready spaces earned her a loyal following in the industry.
In the later years of Deb’s Decor, she met Ashley through a shared passion for staging and design. Their professional connection quickly evolved into a partnership. When Deb decided to “pass the torch,” Ashley founded Birch Home LLC, and Deb stayed on to continue doing what she loves—now as part of a dynamic duo.
EMMALENA HAGGETT
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
Emmy joined Birch Home in June 2024 after earning her Degree in Interior Design from Manchester Community College. With a natural eye for color, balance and design, she’s had a passion for decorating from a young age and always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the field.

During her time at MCC, Emmy discovered her love for home staging and was drawn to its unique combination of creativity and strategy. Through the college’s Interior Design Internship Program, she was introduced to Ashley and soon became an essential part of the Birch Home team.

Emmy brings a fresh design perspective and a collaborative spirit to every project. Whether she’s styling a home for sale or assisting with full-scale design plans, she approaches each space with care, creativity, and a client-focused mindset—helping create warm, inviting interiors that leave a lasting impression.
