DIY Written Consultation
For in-home consultations, we will visit the property to give a detailed
assessment and make recommendations on how to enhance the overall appearance of the property. A written report is provided to clients that wish to take the "Do-it-Yourself" approach. This report will help guide the homeowner through each room with specific steps and recommendations on how to declutter, depersonalize, neutralize and stage.
By utilizing both the homeowners furnishings along with any additional furnishings that may be rented from Birch Home's inventory, we strive to redesign the space to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers. This consultation report will also include any suggestions for repairs or updates that may be necessary.
Hands-On Staging
Birch Home provides hands-on stagings for homeowners who need the extra hands. We will visit the home to declutter, depersonalize, neutralize and enhances the homes overall appearance. Homeowners also have access to rent additional furnishings from Birch Home's extensive inventory necessary for the staging process. Once the home has sold, we will return to de-stage the property. Homeowners will pay an hourly wage for the hands-on staging along with any additional rental fees.
VACANT HOMES
Birch Home will visit the property to assess which rooms should be staged and provide an estimate for all rental, labor & delivery costs. By using our carefully curated inventory, we strive to create timeless & neutral styles that attract the most amount of potential buyers.
The three rooms that should always be staged include the Kitchen, Family Room and Primary Bedroom. Many potential buyers have a difficult time visualizing a living space in a vacant room, as rooms appear smaller when empty. By correctly staging and marketing each space, we strive to create a high perceived value for the home with minimal time on market.
